I'll help you prepare a business plan.  I'll select a business structure that best fits your needs by evaluating tax advantages, legal exposure and ease of operation. I will also help you:

  • Register your business in the states where you operate 

  • Prepare and file all required state and local licenses and permits

  • ​Set up a home office to maximize tax deductions

  • Help you with marketing initiatives: websiste, logo, advertising options
